In-licensing and acquisition interests and requirements
Prometheus is interested in licensing or acquiring proprietary pharmaceutical products for use in the gastrointestinal and oncology therapeutic areas. At a minimum, data demonstrating proof of concept in a phase II clinical trial are required.  The company is especially interested in products with a potential indication for use in the treatment of:

• Inflammatory bowel disease
• Irritable bowel syndrome
• Celiac disease
• Other upper or lower GI disease
• Solid and liquid cancers

Prometheus is interested in licensing or acquiring proprietary diagnostic products or biomarkers for use in the gastrointestinal and oncology therapeutic areas.  The company is especially interested in any diagnostic products or biomarkers with the potential to facilitate the diagnosis or to better characterize patients suffering from:

• Inflammatory bowel disease
• Irritable bowel syndrome
• Celiac disease
• Other upper and lower GI disease
• Solid and liquid cancers
